Use this service if you:
- registered for online services and have activated your account, or
- had your myIR account access created by someone in your organisation, and have already logged in at least once
- enrolled for a myIR account as part of your IRD number application and now need to add your password.
To create or reset your password, please enter your userID and IRD number in the fields below and we'll send a temporary password to the email address we hold for you.
This will only reset your myIR password and not your RealMe password.
